Liikun, koska olen olemassa

Tämän treenin lähtökohta ei ole "Miten saisin six-packin mahdollisimman vähällä vaivalla."

Se ei myöskään ole "Voisinkohan tänään parantaa penkkipunnnerrustulostani?"

Lähtökohtana on liike, liikkuminen, nautinto. Ihmisen perusolemus.

I just stand still for a while and concentrate on my breathing. At that moment in time, the only place that is real is the few centimeters beneath my feet. That tiny place become my entire planet. The stillness is broken by the first call of action coming from my mind, and it soon became a flow of continuous and unpredicted chain of movements. I feel the perfect synergy between my mind and body and I obey without choice. Then, I move and move spontaneously from one exercise to another. It is a strange feeling of fast and slow, hectic and peace, even stillness sometime. I just obey and move, and move and move until calmness arrive, then … I stand still for a while and concentrate on my breathing.  At that moment in time, the only place that is real is the few centimeters beneath my feet.
